Public Works Leadership

The Public Works Department for the Town of Greenville plays a vital role in maintaining the Town’s essential services and infrastructure. Under the leadership of Public Works Director Wayne Malone and Assistant Public Works Director Joseph “JoJo” Jackson, the department is responsible for overseeing the Town’s utilities, including water, sewer, and garbage collection. These services are critical to the daily functioning of the Town and the health and well-being of its residents.

In addition to utilities, the department is tasked with the basic maintenance of all Town properties, ensuring that municipal buildings, parks, and public spaces are well-kept and safe for the community. The Public Works crew also provides landscaping services for Town properties, enhancing the appearance and usability of these spaces for residents and visitors alike.

The department is staffed by a dedicated crew, which includes:

  • Antoine Denson
  • Jorge Torralbas
  • Keshawn McQuay

Together, this team works to ensure that the Town’s infrastructure remains functional, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, contributing to the quality of life for all who live in or visit Greenville.

For any inquiries or concerns related to public works or utilities, residents are encouraged to contact the department through the Town’s office.
