Pursuant to section 166.041(4), Florida Statutes, the following Business Impact Estimates are provided for ordinances being considered by the Town Council of the Town of Greenville, Florida:
BUSINESS IMPACT ESTIMATES
- Ord. 2024-279 (BIE): An ordinance related to charter officer titles and job descriptions.
- Ord. 2024-280 (BIE): An ordinance proposing ballot initiative to amend the Town Charter; providing for budget procedures.
- Ord. 2024-281 (BIE): An ordinance adopting the tentative budget for fiscal year 2024-2025
- Ord. 2024-282 (BIE): An ordinance adopting the tentative millage rate for the levying of ad valorem taxes.
- Ord. 2024-283 (BIE): An ordinance adopting the final millage rate for the levying of ad valorem taxes for fiscal year 2024-2025.
- Ord. 2024-284 (BIE): An ordinance adopting the final budget for fiscal year 2024-2025.
- Ord. 2024-285 (BIE): An ordinance amending requirements for persons who serve a Code Enforcement Officer.
- Ord. 2025-286 (BIE): An ordinance amending the Land Development Code (LDC) to change the date of the Flood Insurance Study for Madison County, Florida and Incorporated Areas and to make technical changes to the LDC consistent with updates to the Florida Building Codes, Building, Residential, and Existing Building.
- Ord. 2025-287 (BIE): An ordinance defining and prohibiting loitering and prowling on business properties outside of posted business hours and requiring signage by licensed businesses.
- Ord. 2025-288 (BIE): An ordinance reducing compensation for members of the Town Council.
- Ord. 2026-290 (BIE): An ordinance designating the Town’s official seal, distinguishing the Town seal from the Town logo, and authorizing policies governing use of the Town logo.
- Ord. 2026-291 (BIE): An ordinance clarifying the core duties, responsibilities, and accountability standards for the Town Manager, Town Clerk, and Town Attorney, and establishing a formal structure for Town departments.
- Ord. 2026-292 (BIE): An ordinance designating and establishing a Local Planning Agency pursuant to state law.
