The following Ordinances have been adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Greenville, Florida but not yet codified in the Greenville Code of Ordinances:
- Ord. 2024-279: An ordinance related to charter officer titles and job descriptions.
- Ord. 2024-280: An ordinance proposing ballot initiative to amend the Town Charter; providing for budget procedures.
- Ord. 2024-281: An ordinance adopting the tentative budget for fiscal year 2024-2025
- Ord. 2024-282: An ordinance adopting the tentative millage rate for the levying of ad valorem taxes.
- Ord. 2024-283: An ordinance adopting the final millage rate for the levying of ad valorem taxes for fiscal year 2024-2025.
- Ord. 2024-284: An ordinance adopting the final budget for fiscal year 2024-2025.
- Ord. 2024-285: An ordinance amending the definition of code enforcement officer.
- Ord. 2025-286: An ordinance amending the Land Development Code, updating the date of Flood Insurance Study and definitions related to Florida Building Codes.
- Ord. 2025-287: An ordinance related to business property security and public safety; defining and prohibiting loitering and prowling on business property outside of hours of operation without written consent; requiring businesses to post signage prohibiting loitering and trespassing.
- Ord. 2025-288: An ordinance related to compensation of Town councilmembers; reducing the monthly compensation from $490 to $1, effective November 1, 2025.
